Our Return Policy

At Toyspire, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-days return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Support

Email us at support@toyspire.com or call +880 1712-345678 within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include the RAN slip inside the package.

Ship or Schedule Pickup

For Dhaka customers, we offer free pickup service. For other areas, ship the package using our partner courier or your preferred service.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Unused toys in original packaging
  • Items with all tags and labels attached
  • Unopened board games and puzzles
  • Books in pristine condition
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate items (teethers, bottles, etc.)
  • Downloadable software or e-books
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 2 days

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receiving the item
  • Approval: Email notification within 24 hours of inspection
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team.

For exchanges due to size, color, or preference, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will:

  • Arrange free pickup or return shipping
  • Send you a replacement product immediately (if in stock)
  • Process a full refund including shipping costs

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours for fastest resolution.
