Toyspire Return Policy

At Toyspire, we want every parent and child to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible toys, games, and educational kits within the specified return period. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how to return items, what qualifies for return, and how refunds are processed.

📞 Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: Pack Your Toy

  • Pack the toy securely in its original packaging.
  • Include all tags, toy pieces, parental guideline instruction manuals, and accessories.
  • Ensure the toy is unused and in good condition.

🚚 Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Ship the toy to the address provided by our support team.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect toys.

✅ Step 4: Inspection & Notification

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by our team.
  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Eligible for Return

You can return the following items if they meet all conditions:

  • Defective or damaged toys upon arrival
  • Wrong toys or toy pieces received
  • Toys that do not match the product description
  • Unused toys in original packaging
  • Items with all tags, labels and parental guideline instruction manuals attached
  • Unopened board games, puzzles or educational kits

Note: All toy parts, pieces, and accessories must be included. Toys must not be used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, or assembled toys
  • Toys damaged due to customer misuse
  • Toys returned after the return period
  • Toys missing original packaging, tags, manuals or pieces
  • Items purchased during clearance, final sale, Damaged Box, Special discount section

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • •Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving the item
  • •Approval: Email notification within 24 hours of inspection
  • •Refund Processing: 7-10 business days to original payment method
  • •Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Note:Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (except for defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • For exchanges due to color, size, or personal preference, we recommend returning the original toy for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
